  • We will set up your Complimentary Consultation and visit of the home.
  • During our visit we will evaluate the home and contents to determine the timeline and logistics.
  • Once we visit the location, assess the contents, and discuss a timeline, we can begin to prepare your contract.

The Key Estate team will make one (complimentary) visit to the home to assess the contents involved in order to determine the size of sale.

When you first connect with us we will ask you a few questions about the size of the home/ contents.

MARKETING + ADVERTISING:

  • We handle all advertising, including signage, online advertising, and direct outreach to our 1,200+ subscriber mailing list.

Once the home is vacant, we organize, sort, price, and stage items for your sale. Our team brings in tables and shelving to create an effective shopping experience. 

Once we have agreed to a contract, the Key Estate team will then begin the process of organizing for the sale.

  • Estate sales are typically held over a Saturday and Sunday, with dates agreed upon before signing the contract. Our team manages everything on sale days.
  • Clean up will be completed at the end of the sale dates (as per your contract).

    POST SALE FOLLOW-UP AND CLOSING DETAILS:

  • Within 3-4 business days following the sale, an in-person meeting, telephone call, or email correspondence will be scheduled with the client to review and disperse proceeds of the sale. 

Key Estate Sales' team will be there from beginning to end to ensure the property is safe and to assist the attendees by answering questions and helping with items.
