How long do you need to set up a sale?
This will depend on the size of the home and the amount of items to be organized for the sale. We require access to the location for a predetermined amount of time for our sorting and set up.
What areas do you serve?
Key Estate Sales will serve within a 100km radius of the Halifax Regional Municipality(HRM). Please inquire if you are unsure whether or not your location is within an area we serve.
What happens to the items left over from an Estate Sale?
Due to the nature of estate sales, items are sold as-is with no returns or exchanges. We ask that customers inspect all items carefully prior to purchase so sales will be completed once the final Sale day ends. We give Clients the following options regarding any leftover items when working on your contract:
1. We will arrange for sale of items to independent buyer.
OR
2. All unsold items remain in the home for the client to liquidate at their discretion.
